We also make a variety of other specialty cakes and foods, including wheat/gluten free, egg free, vegetarian /vegan, sugar free, and any other special requests you may need.
Whenever possible we will use local/
british ingredients, fairtrade products,
and unrefined sugars. We do not use
artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives in our products. Quite simply, we believe in better food for better health. Making desserts without butter or cow's milk also makes them
lower in fat for those simply watching their weight.
We make cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, pies, and a wide range of other desserts. These include a multitude of different shapes and sizes, to suit your individual needs and budget.
We currently serve in and around the Greater Norwich area.
We hope you can find everything you need. The Dairy Free Cake Company is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us. Our prices are not listed on our product page due to the amount of variables that make up the cost, prices are therefore on an individual but very affordable basis. Lactose Intolerance (LI)
'Lactose Intolerance (LI) is defined as the inability to completely break down lactose due to a lack or reduced production of lactase enzyme by the small intestines. This is also referred to as Lactase Deficiency. It is the most common type of Carbohydrate Intolerance. LI is the commonest genetic disorder affecting more than half the world population. After all, perhaps it is normal to be intolerant and abnormal to be tolerant!'
